I just had to write a review to Lisa all the staff at the Co-op funeral care on Herries Road. It was my friends funeral yesterday and the staff made this experience very smooth. The thought they put into it and care for my friends family and myself abd another friend was remarkable. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us all brilliantly Thank you so much
The care and kindness shown by Lisa and the team made my Dad's funeral run so smoothly and made a sad day so much more bearable. They were wonderful.
Very disappointed with the service provided by co op funeral services on Herries road as we trusted the people that work here with our dear loved family member, after transferring part of there remains into family’s urns they transferred into a different clear bag damaged and remains leaking out of the bag that is our family member it is absolutely uncaring and unprofessional service.
April 2018 My mum is being cared for here at the moment and I could not wish for a better service so proffesional, caring, understanding and always plenty of time for family members struggling with their grief.I always feel Im leaving mum in caring hands X
Very good happy with it.
