really good range of products for a small shop, some stuff is quite good value.nsome staff are lovely, others a bit grumpy!nbut altogether it’s a great shop for the town
Service is shocking. A delivery every day but no stock,7 people in the queue and 1 person on the till so it takes 10 minutes to get served. Surely they need to look at whoever runs this store because this is a regular thing
Always seems poorly stocked specially the fridge with sandwiches and food to go always a long wait and no self-checkouts to speed things up..
I’m posting this review in the hope that a manager sees, and hopefully makes the shopping experience here more pleasant for other people. I have visited this place 5 times over the past 3 weeks new to the area, it seems that every member of staff that I have encountered each time I have visited has had the worst customer service I think I have experienced, to the extent of actually being pretty rude. This is supposed to be a convenience store, not an inconvenience store. I don’t usually post reviews, but it just frustrates me when people in a customer service role make you feel unwelcome.
This was a pleasant, friendly shopping experience but things have gone downhill recently. Staff are po-faced, unfriendly and in some cases downright rude. I've tried to converse and have a laugh but the vacant look coming back suggests they are more interested in listening to the chat on their headphones or is it music? Anyway, there's not a lot of choice around here so I suppose we have to put up with it. I do wish that the staff would realise that we like to pay and get away fairly promptly. Had to wait a good 10 minutes this morning. I think the manager's away this week which may account for some of it.
