This is a typical local Welsh Co op just like hundreds of others. There is ample free parking and it is situated on the edge of Llandovery. Not the cheapest but the quality is reasonable and a fair selection. Useful if you do not have time to drive 20+ miles to the larger supermarkets. The staff are helpful and it is fairly well staffed. Occasionally needs a good sort and restock but what supermarket does not these days with staff numbers being cut to the minimum.

Very expensive.Overpricing the locals.Always a long wait at the till even with extra self service tills.Plus it is freezing in there due to their fetish for masses of refrigerators.Clear a company with zero eco friendly ethics.We try to avoid if possible.

If you want or need something in particular, co-op either don't stock it or will have sold out. If you're in a rush you'll have to queue. No let's get this right, if you shop at the co-op you'll have to queue. Finally here's an insider tip, make sure your bank balance is healthy because the prices here are eyewateringly expensive. On a positive note, co-op pastries and breads are very good, but you will have queued so long to get them that by the time you get home they will be stale.
