Shocking service from this idiot. Had a young boy up to try a fix out water pump, he couldn't do it so my husband spoke to Ken who told him he would come up the next day after he'd finished another job. We had a txt the next dat after numerous calls and texts to say he was trying to get to us.... that's it all calls were then ignored, my husband left a message asking him to let us know if he wasn't going to turn up so we could call somebody else out... nothing ( he knew we had no running water ) he didn't have the decency to txt saying he wasn't going to turn up......... idiot.

All young lads who basically can't be bothered bar one who got sent to clear the rest of kids mess up. Ken doesn't give a flying monkey and every word he speaks is a lie!
