Called in between services at work was in a rush, wanted pastries and a coffee, great pastries as usual. I asked about the coffee machine the girl said she was meant to do it earlier, she had a look at it and said it just needed milk, I waited around 10mins to be told it needed cleaned again and apologised

Good range of everyday essentials
Shop is very convenient as I live in the west of the town, the staff are very friendly and helpful apart from one person who this evening decided to verbally abuse my daughter and her friend, I have personally witnessed this woman do this on several occasions in fact if she is serving I have actually walked out as I find her very rude I will speak to the manager because tonight her behaviour was un acceptable.
Having the co-op back in Hexham wasn't seen as a particularly amazing move considering all the current stores here. However it's the location and times open that are fantastic.nnFor the west end of Hexham it's a boost they've needed for some time and is helping to bring some life back in to that community. And even more so for the town as a whole, it's provides early and late night shopping even on a Sunday to assist with those missing items. Instead of paying service station prices are the Sainsbury's within the BP forecourt outside of the town.
