This store in Epsom must have the rudest « Customer Service Assistants » ever! The person who served me this evening threw my items on the counter and threw the plastic bag on top. Then stood there looking on his phone and said « whenever you are ready »! At this point I was wondering what was I to be ready for - he pointed at the card machine and so I had to pay quickly! Felt like I was disturbing him from doing nothing. The store was not even busy... You should put some self service counters which will be better as that way the customers can help themselves without having to deal with rude and disrespectful staff! Or please provide them with Customer Service training! Thank you 😡
