It's convenient, that's all you can say, really. Staff grumpy, one in particular. I always check my receipts and was overcharged by £1. Not happy about that when I wanted my pound back!! And no apologynI find the whole place depressing. Think I'll get a bus somewhere if I need shopping in future.

Injured myself while leaving the store and had to sit there waiting for medical aid. The staff was very helpful and kind, they offered me icepack and water bottle. Extremely thankful to the store manager, security guard and all the other members of the staff.

Always found the store clean, tidy and well stocked with fresh delicious produce.nOk, the self checkout is not perfect! Who’s is?nIf it’s not on the shelf, asking the very helpful staff will in most instances payoff.nStaff are very helpful, professional and friendly! Be friendly back helps them to help you.. simple!nThey could do with more helpful staff please.nAbove all, this is a great co-op to shop in.

So bad customer service the lady who is in the place where they sell alcohol is so rude behavior so badly with customers instead of helping customers I literally feel so bad need to change her behavior

This is our local shop but due to the quality of the produce, prices and rudeness of the staff we try to avoid unless we are desperate :nnFrequently we discover items that are mouldy when we arrive home and have seen the staff be quite unprofessional/rude on a number of occasions. Also frequently end up buying something on offer, only to discover it is full price at the till and staff refuse to honour the price saying the offer has expired and the ticket was displayed by mistake.
