No communication, fitting a new door to my electric meter when the old one worked perfectly fine. Of course it's done on a Friday afternoon with 5 pounds on the meter and can I just mention we are the only tenants in the block of 4 with a child and the only ones on a meter so no need for other tenants to be interested
Poor communication ceiling is constantly leaking along with not having heating or hot water for nearly 2 weeks while it’s -2 degrees after logging it within a day of the boiler breaking it
I lived in catrefi Conwy for years and I was in charge of a litter pick for the kiddies and they always did repairs and my home was safe and secure. I would like to say I miss being with them I'm now with catrefi Conwy I'd love to get homed by these again. Thank u for supporting me and keeping me safe and doing repairs. I feel I have never had many issues. Staff are also polite and there always there if u need them. Thank u I value and appreciate your efforts to put your tenants first in all u do.
Repairs take years too get done but there quick enough too ring for rent. We have had nothing but trouble with neighbours who clearly suffer with mental health issues. Flat is covered in damp and the response we got was we will get too it when we get too it. I can not stress enough too not go with Clwyd alyn and too try council or Wales and West first I wish I had done the same instead of Clwyd alyn
Do not rent from these people, they allow other tenants to verbally and physically abuse other residents and let them get away with it, avoid at all cost, you will be better off going to cartrefi or north wales housing association.
We live in rhoslan flats ll651nj holyhead,,we really need to now if these are being demolished,,we are at boiling point now,,please let the tennants now what is planned,,promises is all we've had for years
