Incredible. Food was 10/10. The staff are superb and very friendly. Absolutely no complaints will be back.
Very very disappointing meal. Bruschetta very ordinary. Tomato bowl - tiny portion - tasteless tomatoes, minimal accompanying leaves and dehydrated tomatoes added nothing. In contrast Chicken bowl had a massive rather tasteless chicken breast with a salad with uninspired dressing. Would have stayed for desert but did not want to chance a further disappointment. At premium prices you really do expect better. Waiting staff were however delightful.
A friend summed it up. 8 out of 10, but they think they're an 11, hence my marking them down to 3 out of 5 for perceived arrogance. Food is good but expensive. Staff are keen but amateurish. I have the impression they don't need the repeat business, being a destination for tourists and company directors on expenses alike.
This restaurant is amazing, now it’s becoming a routine going there on wedding anniversary and enjoy food, atmosphere , and great service. Very beautiful place with delicious food, no matter its a starter or main or dessert, everything is genuinely delicious and well presented. Staffs are very polite and friendly and do their best to make it a pleasant memory for customers. Have been there a couple of times and every time it’s been satisfactory. Its also a bounce that you can get different offers combined with amazing SPA! Definitely recommend it!

Clocktower bar looks very tired and far from opulent considering the prices. The lighting is too bright and there are no stools at the bar as shown in their online pictures. The cocktail menu is also very disappointing.
Wonderful service, friendly and attentive. Delicious afternoon tea, generous and delightful. We felt very special.

Don’t expect to much! Lack of communication between staff.We were recommended a lovely bottle of wine. Starters were beautiful and tasted amazing. Mains were disappointing but the meat was perfectly cooked. Desserts were brilliant. Overall quite overpriced for quality of meal. Don’t think we’ll be back, sorry.
