IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY A HOLIDAY HOME ON THIS SITE THEN " DONT BOTHER "  !!! THEY HAVE THAT MANY RULES AND DO'S AND DON"TS THAT YOU CAN DO WITH YOUR OWN CARAVAN !! THAT THEY MIGHT AS WELL RENAME IT STALAG 17 !! BUT OF COARSE THEY WILL NEVER TELL YOU THIS UNTILL YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! They also rip you off when you want to sell your van offer you half of what you paid them then take the 3 grand off you too for the pleasure in taking it off your hands then sell it again for price you paid them in the first place  I think there should be some laws brought in to stop these parks for totally ripping off hard working people to enjoy some pleasure in life

Once upon a time Clifton Fields was an excellent site...very friendly people and super staff always on hand to help...however the site was taken over by the people from the site down the road and from that day to this we have seen a steady decline in our part of the the site....if you are willing to spend in excess of 50 grand on a new static or have a touring caravan to put on that part of the site then you will be made most welcome...but once you have paid up that's a different story....

We are a  4 touring Caravans  family, have been going to Clifton fields for a couple of years now, we have no problem with the camp,  people are friendly toilets are cleaner now the (Bog attendant) cleans  them 2 times a day, his name is Derek,  he even cuts the grass, we love getting all the gossip off him X  We have 5 kids between us and they have no problem as blackpool is only up the road . Its a nice peaceful site. which is in the middle of being upgraded.
