My first visit here, and it certainly won't be my last. What a wonderful place this is, full of history and a perfect place to spend time with my friend, to enjoy beautiful surroundings, and a quiet drink. Now looking forward our next visit here. Such friendly staff, and a warm welcome, couldn't be better. Thank you.

It is a well run static caravan,cabins,touring caravan site. Open 10months of the year. Not very children friendly. There is a club on site. Free entry. Visitors are welcome. Karaoke on Friday nights.during the season live shows!

Shocking site!!! Do not buy here!!!! Dirty place, unfriendly staff unless of course you’re a resident!! This site treats children like animals... they are pretty much not allowed to do anything other than sit in a room with a pool table.... bearing in mind the room is as big my bathroom at home. They occasionally have entertainment but the kids have to stand outside the door or sit in the mini pool room! It’s ridiculous! Don’t let them fool u when they say it’s child friendly! They look after their over 70’s residents only and the residents know it and are not very welcoming!

We had a lovely caravan and surrounding garden at Rawcliffe Hall about two years ago but had to sell due to family illness. Rawcliffe Hall is a great place to be we still say to this day the site, the staff and owners are brilliant in every way and always go out of their way to sort and solve things. In our opinion it is the best site in the area with nice well maintained grounds cosy club and walks galore. We still go back with our tourer now and again and look forward to the new season in 2018. We both love this place....me and my partner that is. We have owned a caravan on here for a few years now. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The place has a fantastic atmosphere,  and is very friendly. Can't rave about this place enough !

Lovely  Caravan Park,  Great Club House with a Quiz every Thursday night, Bingo & Karaoke Friday Nights,  Acts, Music Bingo and Disco Saturday nights, Childrens Disco 8- 9pm, The people ard so friendly and some brilliant singers on Friday Nights.
