What a spot this is. The brunch is fantastic, and the coffee is stupendous! A busy joint which is usually very loud when there are big groups present. The quality of items on offer are very high, price point honestly not so bad considering what you get. Asked for my eggs to be slightly more cooked than usual to which they adhered. A great experience that I would recommend and return to.
Sunday brunch. The bottomless Prosecco was okay for the price but I didn’t partake. I slammed the pink negronis which are super good but they can be a tad heavy on the juice. Food was great, staff are lovely but could afford to be a bit more attentive but it was fairly busy. Although, bottomless drink should be topped up, always haha. Definitely will be back to eat more on what’s on offer
We initially had a little wait for our table due to the previous sitting but we weren’t in a rush so this was fine. The waiters and waitresses were quick to take our order and we opted for bottomless prosecco which was topped up often. The food was delicious and there was a good range of vegetarian options. I had the vegetarian full English and I was very pleased with my choice. I would happily go back here. Booking for weekend brunch in advance is recommended.
The bottomless prosecco brunch is what brought my group of friends to this place. It has a nice cozy vibe, comfortable chairs and good food. At busy times it gets a bit loud, though, so kind of difficult to have conversations. The bathrooms are mixed and there's an interesting sound recording playing at all times, quite a unique experience! The food is great, although I expected a breakfast burrito with more traditional flavors. I still enjoyed it, though! Also, try the smoothies and pressed juices, they are delicious!
The receptionist was very nice. Smiled throughout and was curteous. The prices are a bit high for a burger and fries. The sweet citrus juice packs a punch and it also is very tasty. The grindburger with avocado that I had was quite tasty.
Solid choice for after-work dinners / drinks. Staff were really accommodating and the food was pretty good. Would recommend the burger. Happy hour on the cocktails is a great touch!
I have really tried to give this place a chance. I like the hipster insta-decor and they have a great soundtrack. But I have been three times hoping third time would be lucky, and have been sorely disappointed each time. I have only been for brunch not dinner but every experience has been terrible. The service has been consistently slow and nonchalant taking 15 mins + to get a coffee. The first two times I went I had to send the eggs back for being completely uncooked egg whites still completely clear. This last time my husband’s eggs were essentially rubber they were so overcooked see photo - they are not good eggs. My wild mushroom hash had a sauce vinegary sauce that completely overpowered everything else on the plate, so it was essentially vinegar mush with flavourless mushrooms. I very rarely write reviews like this, and very rarely send food back. But when it happens repeatedly I think it’s worth calling out. Needless to say we drawing a line in the sand and will not be back.
I don’t understand how that place got such good reviews. People must be coming for drinks only. The food is just so bad and the portions are ridiculous... I feel bad reviewing it poorly because the waiters were really nice, but the food is just one of my worst experiences in London. A shame for the neighbourhood...
The picture says it all... best brunch I may have ever had and alongside that it was bottomless and they didn't let your glass run dry. Really high quality food - just look at the colour of those scrambled eggs!
Amazing service, ask for Theo. Very relaxed and attentive staff with delicious food, literally tried every brunch dish + bottomless prosecco is a hit. Must go for a good arvo and evening! Very open and welcoming environment plus great interior!!!!
