Cleethorpes is a lovely place to visit with beautiful views across the Humber Estuary. Whether you fancy a walk along the promenade, food and drinks nearby or a relaxing afternoon around the boating lake, there’s something for everyone.nnThe boating lake is a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the wildlife. We saw ducks, swans, moorhens and plenty of other birds while taking in the scenery. It’s a great place for families, couples or even just a quiet walk to unwind and enjoy the fresh air

The station is ideally place next to the promenade, literally yards from the sea, giving easy access to the resort and it's attractions.  Four platforms, which are long ones, easily accommodating the six carriage TPE trains. Toilets on site, but not always open and a pub right next to the platform too.

Nothing fancy just a railway station. Get on or off train, has a very clean toilet. Straight out of the station and you are on Cleethorpes promenade

Really like Cleethorpes. Would give it 5* but it's going through a regeneration programme at the moment so quite a lot of work going on. Quiet but pleasant. Not too expensive. Lovely beach. Great promenade. Recommended

Nice place, kids loved it. Plenty of arcades for the kids, cleanish beach. Not many of the shops open on the front, apart from the arcades and food places. Nice day out. Parking a little difficult but to be expected on a weekend
