Got to Grimsby train station on Monday at about 5.30ish found it to be closed so had to walk around to side entrance chucking it down with rain !!nGot on the platform and needed to use the toilet I saw a platform staff member unlocking the toilet and he went in for a wee ! I followed him in and he said Hurry up !!nCharming fella !! I came out after 2 minutes and he stood there waiting for me! I asked him which platform I needed to get to home. He replied the trans pennine train platform 2. So I crossed over stood there for 15 minutes and then I looked at the screen and he had given me totally the wrong information!! I didn't get his name but he was dark skinned chap ! Very rude and ignorant !nI had been on 15 hour return journey and didn't need his attitude or ignorance. So sort your staff out please. I'm sure he had Pennine top on.
Beautiful city nHere is a lot nice places, shops,restaurants nVery nice center ,just need park your vehicle somewhere at car park ,because with car in town center not possible to be, a lot police patrol in city,safe nVery nice Tesco Extra ,working hours in Sunday till 17:00 pm
It's OK, not really much there, some specialist shops. Clean but a level of homeless people and boarded windows visible
Lovely place to train spot and lovely staff members willing to help anyone
A very nice station with good services and loads of facilities nearby!
