Lincoln Central is a lovely old fashioned station in the heart of the city where the busy shops are. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly. The station is close to the bus station and there is always plenty of taxis outside the station.
Very nice old station. Has old signal box on end of station, uses barrier access on and off platform so make sure you purchase ticket. Town centre and cathedral within walking distance of station.
Historical beautiful scenery .shopping great .plenty of restaurants and bars
it's a train station, does a good job of announcing trains and the boards have always been up to date when I've seen them. what more do you want from it
