If it was up to me I’d gladly rate them 0 stars. This is the 3rd time now in 6 weeks that they haven’t emptied our green bins they haven’t put any labels on to say why they haven’t been emptied, we rang them up to find out why they haven’t emptied the bins the 1st time they used the excuse that the bins weren’t put out on time which isn’t true because they were put out the afternoon before and when we’ve rang the other times they say that they can’t do anything about it. Absolutely dreadful service.
Emailed application for collection as instructed. Then had to wait for phone call to arrange. No one turned up. Very disappointed.
I needed to report medical waste collection reported over a week ago still no contact back yet. Everytime you call you have to wait an hour for someone to tell you there's no department number for you to contact direct. Then they say they will get someone to phone you back absolute joke
I have been picking litter voluntarily for Walsall Council for several year, the problem is to have the bags collected by the Council, I have to ring more than once for them to come. This time, I have rung them twice and I am still waiting for someone to come and collect the bags.I really think that it is not worth the time and effort I put in!
Waste of time. When finally getting to speak to someone to book a collection..?? No one collects?? In hold for over 30 mins to enquire. Totally useless. Typical council really.
An under-resoucesd team that have always been polite and helpful. Particular mention should be made of the fly tipping team and Richard Upton at Street cleaning, simply brilliant
Very poor service, been trying to get a street cleaned for 2 months and still nothing been done about it! Just keep telling me they'll get it done within 14 days :/ utterly useless!!!
Want to report a missed bin collection, hung on the phone for 31 min no answer, you can't tell me there is no one to answer the phones, waste of time.
Useless. When you finally get through to them on the number provided they can't really help you. What's the point of the service?
