What I particularly like about going to this dental clinic is the people. They are friendly and professional and up on the latest knowledge, so I feel I'm getting the best care. The place itself is really clean and you can have a cup of tea if you're waiting. Even though I moved out of the area, I still travel an hour to get here because I would rather be somewhere I really trust with my health.

UPDATE: The owner called me back and has offered an urgent appointment and to waive the fee. I think that speaks volumes in regards to going the extra mile when things go wrong. If we decide to take the offer and the service is good, I will reconsider this review in its entirety.

Had a leaflet put through my door by the new MK surgery. Went over Saturday, lights on but nobody there so called and phone answered. Spent 30 minutes being given a blow by blow account of how good their service is, gave extensive details for me and my partner then booked in following Thursday at 6pm. Was told I would get a call on the Monday to firm up the details. No call came. Then called on Tuesday morning as I was going into a meeting and asked her to call back in an hour as not convenient. Never called back. Called up Thursday afternoon to make sure everything was okay and told nothing had been booked because they had tried to call me and I was busy, as if to suggest it was my fault. Then told I would not be able to have another appointment for 2 weeks!!!

Really poor service. If they can't get the basics right I certainly won't be trusting them as my dentist!
