After 25+ years of not seeing a dentist due to being scared (like most) I decided to visit. Receptionist (Kerry) was very helpful and polite, as was the other lady who booked me in. My visit was to get the ball rolling and to look forward to healthier and nicer looking teeth...however as I suffer with chronic anxiety and OCD it was not the greatest visit - the female dentist made constant jokes about pain etc - even though I had told her about my condition. I have spent all night worrying and I have not slept, due to the work that needs doing and the jokey way the dentist was with me (and we wonder why people are scared) - I had to make small talk and reassure myself by being nice to her (even though she made me feel so bad). My anxiety / condition is asking me whether I get the work done at all. If I do go ahead I will ask to see a different, more thoughtful dentist! I did tell the receptionist on the way out about this, I said I assume it was banter but really, its not something people need!

I've always hated visiting the Dentist after some pretty horrific 70s/80s dental experiences; I was traumatised! (Think of the film "The Marathon Man" that's close!) However, Dentist Amajot and Nurse Jess (hope I got your names right, please correct me if I've messed up on that!) have been nothing short of amazing. Kind, gentle, encouraging and funny, they made a very unpleasant extraction sooo much easier with their humour and compassion. Aftercare has been great too, including gently berating me for being a smoker and offering help to quit (hmmmm) Thank you, Amarjot and Jess. I wish you could have been my dentist and nurse when I was a child. Marking you down a bit because you didn't give me a sticker...

Amazing dental and eye care never had such care and attention ever before. I am 71 and very impressed. For national health more like private care. Thank you.

Restored my faith in the dentists! After a very bad experience with another known pratice in Buckingham for a filling... it put the fear in me and put off the dentists for many years... unfortuantely my filling had fallen out so it was a must. I signed up to Rodericks as my partner was getting his glasses from them at the same time. I informed them that I was very nervous! I had to go down the root canal option which was a big deal to me, specially after hearing the horror stories just filled me with more dread. But they was excellent from the word go, never felt pressurized they talked things through with me of what to expect etc. Never felt the job was rushed at any one time. I had to go back five times in total and by then all nervousness I did experience at the start had all gone! I have been so pleased with what they have done. Highly recommend them.

My 85 year old husband has just had two crowns removed and replaced by Alex he said the only thing to say was EXCELLENT!
