Just got my bikes there. Family owed local business. No better place to invest especially when been looked after by friendly and fortcoming people.

Somebody sold a bike with a 21 inch frame extra large to my mother a few years back which was a gift for a teenager who was 5'.5". Clearly they just wanted rid of it and sold to it to somebody who didn't know any better. I've sold the bike recently after many many attempts as people thought it was too big. Surely those at the cycle shop would have knew this too.
Low quality of service. I left my brand new carbon bike there for quick adjustments of gears and brakes and got back scratched frame. I had to tune gears and brakes myself. Very disappointed. I thought small, bikes dedicated business will have better approach to the customer. I go to halfords tomorrow to do the service again. I don't recommend this place.
I don't know how to explain. When I first arrived at Claudy cycles I was stunned. The amount of bikes is amazing to begin with but it was the atmosphere of the place that stole the show. It reminded me of an old school bicycle shop from a by gone time. It took me back to my childhood. That's not to say the bikes were old. All the latest and best bikes were stocked. The boss man came across as a real genuine guy and a perfect gentleman. In my humble opinion this is the best bicycle shop in the country.
Brian the owner is a great bloke,but he can keep you talking.Great range of bikes and other toys,plus all the bits and pieces you could ever want,and good prices too,Brian will do you a good deal.
I was out on a cycle and had mechanical bother and Brian repaired my bike which hit me home then. Can't thank them enough...great service
