I am new to the area and like love my chips. I can say with all honesty the chips at The Classic Fryer are the best I have ever had. The owners are very friendly and they cook the chips fresh and to perfection, so there is no chance of a bad batch. Would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Fast friendly service. Good chippy, fresh cooked every time.

I'm new to the area so i thought i would try it and the cod was absolutely disgusting, not cooked and i paid nearly £5 for it. Waste of money wouldn't recommend

Chicken was severely undercooked the middle was dripping with blood

Amazing food, nice portions, kind and friendly staff and always deliver on time. Get food from here most Friday night's. Would recommend.

They do the best masala fish

We always have fish and chips from the Classic Fryer on a Friday night.  The cod is consistently tasty and the batter very crispy.  The food is always cooked fresh.  Best chippy around and the owners are lovely.
