Recently stopped by there on the other day for grabbing a lunch. Usually not prefer retail chain shops for my lunch. Just testing the waters. Staff very friendly and welcoming appreciated Menu on the board not see any leaflets around. Not have any seat and table in there at least expecting to have a few bench to sit down while waiting for your order. Hope they'll put one soon. Prices all gone up due to the inflation in the country not blame them most of shop done same thing. Food quality still awarage and not see any improvements since last visit on other branches in Birmingham. Food portion size is okay and they do delivery. Expecting more improvements. Mainly usual take away store provide range of foods including Pizzas, SFC, Burgers, Fish and Chip, Wraps and Paninis.
I've only given 1 star because I can't give 0. Food took 1 hr 30 minutes to arrive. When it eventually arrived I was disgusted with what was delivered. The pizza was stone cold and in a mess in the pizza box. The chips were vile! Tasted like they had been reheated in the box, had a very horrible taste to them. Sausage was covered in salt. Cheesy garlic bread was solid! Best thing about the meal was the can of pop and the Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The 2 things they didn't have to cook. Disgusting food! Do not order from here!
Ordered Chicken Wrap & Wings with Chips. Delivery was on point. Chicken Wrap was OK. However, not at all impressed with the food - Chips were cold as for the Wings x2 sets, they were off - I could distinctly smell that off odour as I was about to bite into the Wing; taste was very unpleasant! I'll retain wings and report to Environmental Health, the remainder I fed to the local cat! For £12.47, I'll stick to KFC!! :
Lovely to see use of recyclable packaging. Food can be a bit hit and miss at times, sometimes the fish and chips is lovely and crispy, sometimes it's a bit soggy. Their pizza is nice and the kebabs are good too. Unfortunately the salad is £1.50 for a small box with a tiny portion consisting of 80% shredded iceberg lettuce and their wraps are very small for the price.
Ordered a masala fish and naan. Asked for no mayo and sauces and salad separate. My son picked it up, got home and what do I find , mayo on the fish. The sight and smell of mayo make me sick. It had to go in the bin. We live 20-25 minutes away so it’s not really convenient to take it and they won’t collect it because it’s too far but expect us to bring it back in. If it was correct int he first place then there wouldn’t have been the need for any agro. On top of that they won’t refund it either so £8.99 in the bin. £8.99 for a piece of fish and a naan. I would call that a premium product at a premium price. These takeaways are ripping people off left, right an centre and it’s not fair. I will not be using them again. If they can’t understand a similar instruction then they don’t deserve my hard earned wages spent at their establishment. I could have gone to a local place and got a masala fish for quite a lot less and yes it may not have been the same quality but at least they would have done it right instead of making me vomit…
Staff were throwing the food into boxes/bags. Putting bags on top of chicken to keep warm, not good when you're vegetarian.Food: 1/5
Hands down the best value for money pizza and big johns beef burger which has all the salad burger sauce and relish on top. Quality is really good every time. Have to wait a while but well worth it. I travel approx 10miles to buy my takeaway food from these guys. 100% halal too Thanks guys
Unfortunately poor service and low quality of chips is becoming common practice at this branch. The pizza is about the only thing I would go there for and today they messed that up to. Just wish they paid more attention to the quality of the food and realise the importance of keep customers happy. Real shame.
Always fresh tasty food wether it just chips or a meal and prices are value for moneyFood: 5/5
Lovely people made me very welcome and my hair looked really nice after a cut and a root colour thank you guys
