The flowers were very well priced in terms of quantity but lacked any design flare - perhaps being from Brighton I’m used to more but don’t feel it should be that way. I specifically asked if they had eucalyptus and could include it as I knew the recipient loves it and they said yes but the bouquet came out without any and full of pittosporum. As far as I can see that meant either they don’t know the difference, thought I wouldn’t know the difference, or couldn’t be bothered to tell me they actually were mistaken and didn’t have any… neither of those are ideal from a customer service point of view. In fairness they were very affable and if I had had time to complain and get them to change it I’m sure they would have done.
I have just ordered some 'quirky' flowers for my dear friend. I spoke with Paula who instantly knew exactly what I wanted and has arranged delivery for me tomorrow. The reviews I had read, before deciding on Classic Flowers, were proven to be true. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. – Enjoy!
We got married on 28.8.20. Ali and Vanessa - your wedding flowers were simply beautiful. From early on in our engagement, I had it in my head to have a particular flower for my bridesmaids - Annabelle Hydrangeas. Our wedding was Covid delayed and I thought perhaps we’d miss the season for my namesake flower. I was assured they could supply the flowers as per the original plan. They did! When Vanessa delivered the flowers on the morning of the wedding, I was so very pleased with the result. Many things about our wedding had to change with the limited number of 30, but not the plan for flowers. Ali and Vanessa are fully committed to working with their Covid brides to see that you get the flower element for the wedding you’ve been dreaming of! Thank you! Thanks also for the finishing touches of Rosemary for remembrance and lavender for devotion in the groom’s buttonhole. Very creative beautiful flowers! Best wishes for the future!
Used classic flowers a few times now. Always amazing flowers that last really well. Got flowers for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary recently. They were perfect and lasted nearly two weeks! Wouldn’t use anyone else.
