Contacted Class 1 Vehicle Hire to hire a van a short notice. Service was great from Charlie who juggled things about and managed to get a van for me within the hour. Van was  in great condition and clean. Great service from Class 1 Vehicle Hire.

This is the 3rd time we have used a van from Charlie and on each occasion he has been very accommodating. This time was very short notice which was not a bother and Charlie went out his way to ensure we were able to pick the van up first thing in the morning. He even said we could keep the van overnight at no extra cost so as we were not stressing about getting it back in time. Has always been first class for us and would not hesitate to use again. Can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks again Charlie

By far the best place to hire a vehicle. Charlie is great to deal with, very accommodating and will ensure he can help you in any way. Great choice of vehicles, out of this world customer service and a local business I will continue to use rather than Enterprise or Arnold Clark to name but a few. Friendly, good price, helpful. Vans are new and high end, Merc/VW. Andy was flexible with the return of the vehicle, within the hire period and was only a phone call away. Fourth time I've used Class 1 and don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Loyal/regular customers are shown appreciation.

Repeat business.  Having used Class 1 previously I had no hesitation in using them again. Service and booking system is particularly easy. Vans are modern and spotlessly clean. I would certainly recommend to others.

Charlie is extremely helpful first time I hired a Luton van for a house move from Aviemore he gave me it the night before so I could get an early start the next day. Van was in great condition and well equipped for a hire van, cruise control, Bluetooth phone connection etc. Great service all around. Highly recommend this company.

After being mucked around by a seller a few streets away while buying a suite, my mother called at the last minute to hire a vehicle to transport it DURING COVID and Charlie was not only extremely patient and accommodating but also moved mountains to help us achieve what we were hiring a van for... faith in humanity has truly been restored after our experience of not only customer service but customer CARE at class 1 today.  Strangers are only unfamiliar friends we have yet to come to know and this was never more true than in how my family were treated and considered by a class 1 vehicle hire employee today. If the price is intimidating, rest assured, by the time you have arrived to collect, you are already indebted to the staff here!

Great experience with this company , Charlie got me a can  short notice  met me himself at 9am on a Sunday to make sure I got it ok . Fantastic service and will certainly use them again . Vans were immaculate and very modern .  Excellent customer service 10/10

Have to say, very helpful, very reasonably priced, brand new van. Nothing was too much bother for the guys. Let me look around several vans, gave me a great rate for a full week. Going forward, they will be my first call, not 2nd or third.

I rented a van for a very good price. The staff was friendly and the vehicle was clean and without damage. Pickup and drop-off was smooth and I will definitely return should I need to rent a van or car in the future!
