The customer service and care especially with current events taking place , and offers available are quite hard to beat. I went in for a single pair of shoes and left with two at a great price. It's been a while since I visited, but after the last visit, I will be returning to make future purchases.
This shop has very good deals ..i always found something good for myself .. School shoes are also available. In dec its sale season belive me just found my daughter and son shoes in just £17 .
Awful place,, 3 young women who didn't want to help, one finally mesured my sons feet, she asked the other lady to get the shoes has she couldn't be arsed the other lady rolled her eyes, and came back without the shoes in the size I wanted, I finally ound a pair in the size far to small'so he had not been measured right, told the lady but she looked through me,, better experience at shoe zone txo minutes down the road with fantastic helpful staff and 20 quid cheaper
Popped into Clark’s Arnold last week to get my daughters feet checked. The lady that checked acted like I’d asked for the moon when I asked for a fitting. My little girl is 3 but she didn’t speak to her, look at her or smile at her something the Clark’s in town always do to make the child feel at ease. My daughter was an 8 1/2 E on my last fitting she’s actually even more narrow than that but this woman measured her as a 9 G. There’s no way her feet are that wide. I dread to think how many children are wearing shoes that don’t fit. You pay £40 for a pair of Clark’s shoes because you believe they are the best for your child’s feet. I went to the Clark’s in town to get a second opinion and although she is a 9, she still has extremely narrow feet she’s not even an E. Terrible customer service and terrible fit.

Great deals on school shoes and multi buy offers. Just pot luck on size availability. For baby and small toddler sizes would be worth phoning to check before you go if travelling far.
Popped in to Clark's shoe shop this week just to see if they had any trainers . I didn't expect to find any as it's just a little shop with a selection of a few shoes,boots and trainers. Luckily I found a pair of trainers in my size. The price was pretty reasonable too £35 .
Great value Clarks shoes, they have a great system for fitting during the busy summer holidays, you go in queue to get measured, they give you the size and a ticket, you choose your shoes and then wait for your number to come up for a fitting check. Sounds long winded but honestly it was so much faster than usual hardly any waiting as that time was taken by selecting your shoes!
Usually no point to measure fit as there very rarely any sizes what you need although we had lucky this time and find what we need very quick.
Friendly staff and great bargain for shoes and bag lovers!
