If you want have ingrown toenails or if you don't want to get rid of recurring ingrown toenails problem and have to much money that is perfect place for you. Especially one lady (other was ok) knows less than I do - how the nails should be cut. She trimmed them the round way. Every podiatry or beauty specialist even, knows that toenails should be trim straight across. I’ve asked for short visit, she started half an hour treatment. I went to beauty salon where I’ve been told that I should sue them for what they did to me. On the end of the visit at Shuropody I’ve heard that if I’ll get infection (again) I should go to the GP for antibiotics again!!! It’s not solving the problem!!! Avoid. I won't go there never again.

Really helpful staff, had pain in my feet and was assessed and fitted with orthosoles which have greatly improved my feet. Had a lovely range of shoes and boots too at fantastic prices

Horrible customer service!! I have brought back a pair of shoes because the stitching started to shred on one, just after one wear. I was treated by the (I imagine) store manager with a patronising and unprofessional manner. Also the ladies in the shop, while exchanging opinions on the product, referred to me as a “she” when I was standing just next to them - so rude. I was asked for the box and when I told, I don’t have the box I was given attitude!! Moreover, the assistant wanted to undermine my right to return of a faulty item by suggesting I have damaged it!!! That is beond anything I have ever experienced whit a faulty product!! Will definitely not shop there ever again and strongly advise you not to!!!

Excellent service. Very polite and efficient staff member who knew what she was talking about. Have had problems with my foot for ages and my knee was hurting too. The insteps are a great relief.
