I didn't find what I wanted but the staff got out the best matches and were very happy to help me out. I am older now and this type of service is what Clarks have provided since I was a child in the 1960s.

We went to Lynn especially to go get my son his first shoes as we haven't got on well with our local shoe shop... Considering it was a Sunday we didn't have to wait long. 
Once served the guy was realy helpful and fun with the kids (and kids are not an easy to please) measured up really well an gave us a big selection. We asked if we could see a couple of kinds and off he went. Come back we them and we chose what seemed best.
He made sure he was walking OK then then gave us some pointers on what to do an look for. 
As we where there we checked our lil girls feet too knowing we just wanted them measured an he was fine with that. 

Then off we went an payed
