I have bought two beds and many items from this shop. The owners have been so lovely and helpful. It's a delight to go into their wonderful shop and peruse the items whilst passing the time of day with staff. Their customer service is exceptional - I have even ordered items from them whist living overseas and they have kindly posted them to relatives in the UK. I no longer live in the area but they are still my first port of call when ordering new beds as they are able to deliver outside the area too. I know that they sell good quality goods at reasonable prices so why shop anywhere else?

Staff are rude. Really dismissive regarding any questions. Once the employee had received our order felt he was really sharp with me. Google review is a place where the CUSTOMER voices THEIR opinion regarding THEIR experience, so unless you feel that your opinion is more important then your customers opinion there has been no wrong doing on my part. A more mature way a dealing with a dissatisfied customer would have been to call the customer to see why they felt the way they did about the experience and remedy the issue. It is completely inappropriate to go into the customers partners place of work and give them a print out of your Google response . Please do listen to the recording if anyone has the time to waste. I laughed out of shock of how rude someone in customer service could be. Moreover, it was the behaviour in store also that made me write my initial review . Cutting me midway through a sentence and rudely asking us not to sit on a bed near the desk where you pay. Really disappointing, extremely immature .
