Slight problem - Wrong shoe given at purchase. Mistakes happen I stupidly did not check until I arrived home over 200 miles away. Contacted the store following morning, Explained what had happened. They arranged a courier to collect wrong shoe following day, Store Contacted me to say the wrong shoe was received back at store & correct one posted out to me. Shoe arrived today as promised. All I can say is ALL of the staff I have dealt with were wonderful to deal with. Rectified an error without any inconvenience to me. Friendly service including DPD courier and now a great pair of shoes.
Between 10 - 11.30 on a Saturday is nice after 12 it gets very Busy. Coffee shops and outdoor seating available. Krispy Creme have heaters in seating area and undercover !
I love the outlet shop as RRP can be very pricey but in sales and offers you can get some amazing deals. I always make sure to visit during the holidays for some bargain prices.
Amazing range of shoes and bags. Not all sizes available so you have to look for your size but there are some bargains to be had. Lovely staff were very helpful.
Bizarre selection of footwear here. Some nice stuff and some odd pieces. Wide range of prices too. Go if you're looking for something a bit different!

Good selection, good prices and generally nice staff..only problem was that last purchase I made I got home and had an odd pair of sandals..was given a size 4 and size 6
Why they never answer the phone? I was told to call because they couldn't find one of the shoes I wanted, I'm been calling for this last 10 days and never answer :
It's okay if you want a pair of boots or a handbag at the moment. Not much choice in shoes.
