Visited the shop recently and had the best customer experience ever. Been welcomed with a smile and exceptional advise by the blond lady.. Her knowledge about beauty products is impressive. She was very helpful gave me some great advices how to look after my skin,provided me with some samples too. Love every single product i purchased. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area and highly recommend to others.
OK to go and get prescription but don't ask for advice as they will try and sell you expensive unnecessary staff. I asked for cream to smooth my kid skin and they sold me £20 cosmetic cream. Only when I come back I realised that what they did.
My absolute favorite pharmacy. The staff and pharmacists are SO helpful and kind. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable from medical conditions to hair care. They have an excellent stock of skin and hair care, too. High recommend!
There’s no word to define how professional, kind and reactive the staff of this pharmacy is. I went due to an allergy reaction, and was worried. They solve my issue in no time and share reassurance. I definitely recommend!
I can't recommend enough Clan Pharmacy. The team is polite, kind and they go out of their way to help and provide bespoke service. Since our son started nursery we had to do a number of trips to the pharmacy as he is catching everything and the team has been so helpful with prescriptions but also very accomodating with vaccines. Thank you!
Seldom do I write public reviews. I have used Clan pharmacy since having a baby for pumps to prescriptions and they have been most helpful and kind to me. Always going the extra mile, providing great advice and are really reliable. There are many pharmacies that are closer for me to go to and I choose to go to them because of how good they are. Thank you for being so helpful!

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is lovely independent pharmacy. It's clean and tidy and well situated on the high street.
What a wonderful experience! I came to get a yellow fever vaccine for an upcoming trip and pharmacist Jay was very personable and took his time to carefully explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this pharmacy for their personable staff
Excellent service. We did our antigen covid test fit to fly, which saved our trip to France. Very quick to book and great experience - Jay was really friendly and professional. We got the results within an hour and Jay even phoned us to make sure we got the email with all the correct details. I highly recommend this pharmacy
