I wish I'd read reviews ....my claim was only a small one but in the end they are coming out with more money than me even though I did all paperwork etc. I even had to call them to find out what I already knew and was flippantly told that at least I got something ...rip off ... avoid

Total joke I've returned 2 filled claim packs as they're saying they've not received them , keep getting emails saying " URGENT PLEASE RETURN YOUR CLAIM PACK ' Again I've replied saying I've sent it back four weeks ago this is the second pack, Charlotte from Customer service ssid we've not received it I'll send another one out within 2 - 7 days ..I told her not to bother the companies a joke.

Not great.I did most of the work and they had almost half my money.Even charged vat on top of their fee.Something that others do not.No calls to let me know what was going on.It was me phoning them to tell them what was happening!!I filled the forms in and the next time they wrote was to send me my invoice and thereafter email after email saying I had 2 weeks to pay even though the money hadnt even gone into the bank.There are better companies to help you.

Ok to deal with & they were successful it getting my PPI back, only downfall is the extortionate amount they charge, they actually came out of it better than me!!!!!
