DON’T BOTHER. My order turned up 2.5 hours after it had been collected! After numerous calls to the help desk, I was told it was picked up by a third party. Turns out it was marked as not urgent. Really unreliable, terrible customer service. Find another courier!
Absolute joke of a company...DO NOT USE. I have arranged a delivery several times now, waiting at home all day, no message or call to say they are delayed or not coming....nothing. What a travesty for a courier company...do yourself a favour and stay clear.
Absolutely shocked with the service and lack of professionalism, would give 0 stars but had to mark 1 to post this. Ordered something and paid extra for an evening delivery slot between 6-10pm, the delivery did not arrive and the driver updated saying no one home. I was sat in front of the window and no attempt to delivery my package was made. Citysprint said they would re-deliver with an unprofessional email and no updates on tracking service and again no delivery. I’m absolutely shocked and would not use this company as a trusted courier service.
Booked weeks in advance to collect items for the evening of our wedding. Checked in with them near to the time to ensure all was ok with the booking. On the day, didn’t bother turning up and just cancelled saying they were busy. Left me having to make calls during the wedding reception to get one of their competitors to do it instead. No advance notice. Complained afterwards and they blamed me for not letting them know it was important. Pathetic. Clearly just accept all bookings and then decide if they want to bother turning up or not / don’t bother checking if they have capacity to do it. Can’t be trusted.
I can see from the previous reviews that delivery drivers lying about attempting to deliver items is common practice at CitySprint. They claim to have tried to deliver but ‘no answer’ but leave no delivery card as proof. After staying in all day and waiting by the door the delivery window was 6-10pm suddenly at 10.02pm I get an email to say delivery was attempted but no answer. It’s ridiculous! Still no reply or update to my complaint via email. Luckily ASOS have sent me a refund for the delivery fee, as for my item, still waiting to find out where exactly it is!
The service from this company is atrocious. Allegedly they provide a next day service, however, the three separate occasions that I've ordered from ASOS as I needed items urgently, I've received refunds for extra amounts paid, for non delivery by the required time. The tracking updates are incorrect and confusing and to top it off, no answer when you call them to attempt to locate your parcel. If you enjoy spending hours of your life you'll never get back with customer services who also are unable to get in contact with Citysprint and even longer waiting for someone to answer their phone, use this company
These people are clueless, I ordered next day delivery and still don't have my parcel two days later. This parcel is crucial as it's for a wedding and I explained this to them on the phone yet they still don't want to deliver to my door. They don't even have any option to contact the delivery driver or parcel options to leave them outside the door.
I would give no stars if I could. First time they only delivered have my order. From the order half the items was wrong. Rescheduled 4 times for the other items and still not delivered. When you speak to them they don’t care and are extremely rude. Honestly my worst delivery ever. Steer clear of them.
EDIT: Updating my previous rating from 1 star to 4 stars as the service has improved significantly and the gentleman that now delivers my box on Sundays is super friendly and delivers the box to the door most of the time. If he can't he gives me a call and asks me to come downstairs which I'm absolutely fine with if there's no parking option. Original review: Sadly Gousto uses them to deliver my food box every week. I've complained about them ignoring my safe place so many times yet nothing changes. They still leave the box downstairs rather than bring it behind the flat door. I'm at home when they deliver and they never ring the bell, they get into the building through the trades button and just leave the box downstairs for anyone to take. Terrible service.
