The worst customer service, the lady behind the phone never pick up calls....closed the call in my face and neve pick up...got the wrong bag delivered and was opened and after 7 days I’m still waiting for mine...unbelievable never trust city bags

No answers to emails no bags after 2 days and no delivery after 2 hours from ETA

My lost bag was delivered 2 hours late, at least it was the same day. email response was quick. It would be way better if I can get the notification stating the new expected receiving time

I know that they are a lot of bad reviews but in my case, I had a completely smooth experience. My bad was delayed on Monday evening. It arrived eventually in Heathrow at 21:45 on Monday. It was sent out on Tuesday at 11:30 using City Bags and by 15:00, excellent as stated in their SMS, I got my suitcase back!

saw all the negative reviews and got myself worried. However, they delivered my luggage on time and seemed as kind and reliable professionals, so 5 stars from me

no way to get ahold of them other than email, which they are slow to respond to.  they no-showed for their scheduled delivery time and I don't mean like a little late - but I mean 8 hours later they haven't arrived.  very poor company, I'm sad that BA has chosen them as their bag delivery service.
