Shocking service! One guy serving at customer service desk as i stood in normal queue first only to be told to move over to other till for returns then stood for 15min while he served every person in queue plus other people who joined after me.then when he was done only then was i served.manager needs to get her staff trained properly!! Worst store i have ever encountered save your time folks go to the one in milton road where there are more professional staff!

The food in the cafe must be the worst i have tasted. Day one hard cake, Reply from the assistant " they are all like that ? Day two burnt right through chicken pie. Returned. Day three baked potato cold no butter served with cold beans omg. All the knifes and forks are dirty kleen before use. How can this be run by a big brand like asda ? shocking us people deserve better. The boss of asda needs to go to Germany for a weekend to see how clean and tidy all the shops are and the food is amazing. ps there coffee is nice. Asda please please please clean your toilets they are nothing short of discusting..

It is the worst asda supermarket of all I know. Empty shelves, nobody to slice bread and mess. It's the shortest possible description

The experience we had this morning at Asda cafe at Straiton has been awful. I ordered two scrumbled egg on toast, and the eggs were smelly and probably cooked on a microwave ( I could see like water in the bowl where they have been served). The 12 items breakfast was probably precooked and then reheated.. Just avoid to waste your money there!
