Staff rude in store and over the phone. Placed an order for delivery, hoping this may be a better experience. Wrong! After waiting 4 hours, no communication, phone kept being out down on me I eventually cancelled my delivery. Will not be back
Entering you'll see a good amount of Asda's own brand clothing and household goods. Followed by groceries, fresh produce, frozen and chilled, more groceries and finally pet foods and alcohol. So it's a pretty standard layout, like Sainsburys the bread and bakery is furthest from the front door.nnPersonally I dislike this layout, trying to dictate what I buy and how I feel about it. Buy cakes because you have bought healthy before arriving in the last corner. Generally the grocery sections were a mess with gaps across all the products. Apparently lots of staff were unwell, so I get it, its a struggle to keep up sometimes. Checkout service was fast and friendly.
Bread totally dry and old. And the loaf I got was not cheap. Otherwise nice shop...
Was in Stration on Sunday morning with a young man in an electric wheelchair. Jonathan came to rescue and helped me without hesitation and then helped me out to the van. Customer service at it's finest he's always so pleasant.
I go to the cafe at Asda Straiton and I am in a wheelchair, the young girl who serves me, Brogan, she is so kind , patient and helpful, well done AsdanAnd of course Brogan.nnGraham T
