Yeah, this venue is great. Really friendly staff and accessibility was the easiest venue I've done yet. Yes, the wheelchair lift was broken but we were led to another one through the crowds and managed to get to our spot easily. Easy access to bars but the only downside is if you are in the accessibility section, merch is not on the top floor so it would involve queuing on the second floor, on the staircase, which isn't exactly feasible for a wheelchair user. Staff were incredibly friendly and there is ample room for movement.
Lovely hall, terrible service, miserable staff treat you with contempt. The worst gig ticketing app and process I've ever come across. Stay away, unless you absolutely have to see that band or artist and nowhere else available is any better. At least you can go to the Giffard Arms afterwards...
First time back since the year 2000 old!nWent to see Machine Head with my wife who has accessibility needs. Entry to the venue was fast, easy and fuss free. After navigating the venue with staff being helpful and awesome, we reached our balcony seats - those views are some of the best for folk with accessibility needs often they are too far back or too far and too far to the side looks at KKs thank you for a great evening folks. Hopefully back in October for the Witcher in concert and hopefully Alison Moyet!
Studying at University of Wolverhampton has been a great experience overall. The university offers a supportive learning environment with helpful lecturers who genuinely want students to succeed. The campuses are modern, well-equipped, and continuously improving, with good facilities for studying and student life. I’ve met people from many different backgrounds, which makes the university very diverse and welcoming. The staff are approachable, the course content is practical and engaging, and there are plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. A great place for students looking to grow academically and build their future career.
Good concert venue, staff were friendly and efficient especially when dealing with problems caused by Ticketmaster's inefficiency.nConvenient location in centre, with ample car parking close by.nBar service good, and prices no worse than similar venues.
