If I could put zero stars I would....Awful, Terrible, no people skills, no idea.We had a leak from the water tank in the attic on the 27th May, water coming out of light fittings in the bedroom and kitchen also the light switch in the bedroom, if I and my husband hadn't half emptied the tank in the attic and turned off the water the damage could have been catastrophic, we had to argue the toss about having a dehumidifier, which is STILL HERE, we were told to leave it a week to dry out naturally, REALLY, !! was it because it was a Friday and a bank holiday weekend, I would say YES. I had to take a days holiday for them to reconnect electrics made safe by electrician on the 27th May, the appointment was 24th June for reconnection, all that time with no light in the kitchen. Guess what WE'RE STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMAGE TO BE ASSESSED AND REPAIRED, we have a big crack and lots of water damage in the kitchen bedroom and airing cupboard, we never ask for anything normally, we would do repairs ourselves, this one is beyond us. No contact , no touching base to say it's in hand they'll be in touch, NOTHING,
You can see why they are so poor!! Not only did they leave my disabled Dad with a leaking toilet for over six months in life, in death, it's been a nightmare to hand the keys back to his property!!! Call after call with poor responses!!! Useless!!!
I thought Russet were bad but this lot , there are no words to express how uncaring, unsympathetic, unhelpful they are. My house is literally falling down around me and yet they ignore requests for repairs or send incompetent , lying contractors out , who when they do actually turn up for an appointment fob you off without actually doing anything saying they need a part or some other excuse. Then when don' t arrive the next time you phone to find out why only to be told their initial report stated the issue was found to be in working order. Absolutely bunch of dishonest charlitans. I have just begun legal action as I am disabled and still they don' t fix problems but god forbid my grass don' t get cut they issue me a 7 day warning of seeking possession. Utterly disgusting company.
First of all I had to go to the side of the building as no one was in the reception. When I finely found the door no signs rung the very small bell no signs one young lady opened the door I said I would like to see someone from housing sorry no one was available they are working from home . Now I know we have covid shut down but would it not be better to have a system so tenants could sort out there problem with clarion housing. NOW correct me if I am wrong but in the old days before covid if you had the misfortune of going to the labour exchange now called the job centre . They had little cubicles with glass that you could talk to get your giro needles to say I was lucky enough to have that experience twice .now my point is why can't they have cubicles like that NOW that way they are not wasting a big building going to waste duh
Shocking customer service. They don't do repairs they legally should do, they don't bother answering the phone, they ignore your letters, they don't call you back, they miss appointments they've booked in with you. The contractors that do their repairs are also shocking, won't turn up, won't even let you know that they aren't going to turn up, take months to do the repairs, then they don't even do the repairs to a half decent standard. The whole company is so poorly run, they just don't care about anything and it's pretty disgusting.
Appalling customer service.. Nearly all bulbs gone in my flat. Non standard fluorescent type filling which were installed at their choice. Unable to find anywhere locally asked to buy from Circle. Told they cannot seell to me and will not replace as it is my obligation under the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Even though i have suffered a serious accident and injuries and lack of light is a tripping hazard. Asked for their help in this situation and "Sorry nothing we can do"
New build property. Have to continuously call and chase for answers to my questions and queries. The customer service team can never find my details, nor do they appear to have a log of my concerns when someone allegedly makes "note" and promises to call me back I then never get the call back I am promised. I get passed around from department to department. No one knows what's going on. I still have an unresolved query about my heating from March... This is Circle housing and Russet Homes.
Terrible company treat there call centre staff like human excrement. Keep away do not work for them. Getting rid of staff on good salaries and replacing them with lower salaried people. No redundancy situation they find a problem with you then send you to HR and then diss miss you.
Appalling customer service. Main ring sockets have been blown in front room, there is no phone line, fish Tank pump and heater not working. Called to get an electrician told me that it's not an emergency and will be 4/5 days. In my opinion electric is dangerous, therefore something must be wrong to blow a whole room. I bet I'd get a response if I didn't pay my rent.
They Circle Russets just sold us on to another housing association. Russet Homes who were Tonbridge & Malling Housing Association before that were great to be a tenet of. But once Circle robbed Russets of its cash cow had a surplus .. I know I was a tenant board member... worse mistake the board made signed off the month before the new board members were voted in by the other tenets. It went down hill from there. Talk about smoke and mirrors as I said to Mark Rogers the CEO at a board meeting. The promises soon became faded and disappeared. Circle just wanted the stock to use to secure a bond. Russets was raped. I was threatened a number of times to be sold if I did not cooperate. In the end that happened. My home was sold to Town & Country Housing Group. All the promises that what we had would be honoured on the sale again just faded away. Circle to me were just Dick Turpin in disguise ... they were not very honest as an organisation. A few of the senior men in the organisation seemed to be just thinking of themselves, look at what they paid themselves. Holding annual meetings in football stadiums like Arsenal home at Highbury in North London. I was pleased to read few of Circles staff are at the top table and the chairman soon went. Buying a name with a Sir in it was a waste of money. The coal face workers at Russets soon started to leave and the last time I looked few of the original 80 staff were still employed. What a mess they are in. Nothing changes.
