Recieved a charge for parking in a disabled bay without having a visable disabled badge on display with one sat on my dash

This council give no training to their parking officers and employs them without any knowledge about parking. I got warning by an old officer for parking loading bay and delivering parcels for the shop.nNo one does the job properly in this council.

My experience was actually quite pleasant, polite staff, easy to park, toilets and nice location

Parking charges now on West Malling high street - used to be free now £2 AND  they have increased fee in car park behind high street by 40% overnight. Everywhere tax payers get stung
