TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Where do I start! Firstly the telephone system is ridiculous I can't tell you how many times I ring trying to get through only to be told 'mailbox is full try again' and then it just cuts you off! The staff are not as friendly as your would expect from a Healthcare Service. I have informed them of the telephone message to which they replied 'oh didn't know we had a answer machine'. They have really neglected my husbands health. My husband was meant to be referred for an MRI Athogram, we received the letter in the post saying he was being referred for an MRI and the referring consultant was not even the consultant that my husband's care is under!! After waiting 6 weeks for this appointment and ringing almost everyday chasing this and each time being told either they are waiting for the consultant to sign it off (everything had been URGENT up to this point so the fact that he took weeks to sign off the form (and the wrong one) is very frustrating), or being told oh your referral has gone to Blakelands Hospital - ringing Blakelands to be told they have no record of your husbands referral, ringing back and being told its gone to L&D, then being told it has gone to In Health AND THEN being told it's gone to Bedford. How can a health service mess you about like this? Once we rung back to say that we are waiting for an MRI arthrogram not an MRI and that we have no idea who this referring consultant was, there reply 'oh the consultants done the wrong form' ... no apologies or anything, we have now been waiting a further 2 weeks and I have given up spending half my day trying to get through to them! The only way to get anything moved along is to ring your GP and get them to chase it but we still have not got anyway by going through that route anyway! They say they send letters out but the last letter we received from them was last year! I myself had an MRI, it was quite urgent I went to my GP on the Monday and the following week I had my MRI. I rang for my results which I asked if they could email them to me which they did and since then I have heard nothing, no letters, no follow up appointment so I am just meant to be left with my symptoms with no follow up? I could go on and go about the service or lack of service MSK provide but I would be here all day. I have contacted PALS to make a complaint, that was last week and I am still waiting for somebody to call me back! It says it all really.....

after having steroid injection in my shoulderi was sent to msk circled physio which ib in goldingdon road but due to arthritis i can not climb stairs do i then ended yo going go phys ios at gilbert hitchcock house physio pulled me about and then shoulder dislocated

Answer machine with two options and a disconnected signal after that. No human voice whatever time I csll. Is any one work there any more?. Avoid at all times sorry to be directed there by my Gp.

Appalling. Referred to these muppets 14 months ago. X-ray sent with referral showed a significant concern. I battled to get face-to-face physio (they like to email exercises without examining you). They need to give you treatment within 18 weeks and that email helps them hit the target ASAP and close your case. Physio said I needed injections and after eight weeks more of their thumb twiddling and more pain I saw Vikram (no indication of job title, might have been an electrician, baker, carpenter?) Sent me for MRI where those in charge of the scanner decided there was not really enough time to do the requested scans, so they 'took a few pictures' of the wrong area. My GP chased CircleMSK up three times for my pain clinic referral (which Vikram had also decided was now needed) But be warned, GPs have been told that patients are supposed to do the chasing in the interests of time management, and these guys fob you off. I was offered appointment s at Northampton, Bedford, and then Northampton again, I was not offered a choice at any stage. My appointments were being cancelled on the grounds of not being 'appropriate'. This reasoning was not explained to me. I finally saw an NHS specialist at a 100% NHS pain clinic in Northampton last week, who was flabbergasted by CircleMSK rudeness and ignorance. She was a wonderful consultant, the x-ray that my GP had ordered originally had important content, that was woefully overlooked by these Musculo-SKELETAL specialists. I am now going for a complete MRI and having injections inside my pelvis to hopefully give me some relief. Just got to work out how to get home to Bedford after..... Sad thing is, I can leave this review but the majority have no choice but to put up with this appalling standard of treatment.

My wife was forced to use Circle MSK even though she works at Luton and Dunstable Hospital. 6 months after her accident, we still dont know how to treat her knee. Appointments are always weeks away, no one takes responsibility. Every doctor suggests that it is nothing to do with them, and that she needs to see someone, which means weeks more waiting. She is in tears most nights because of the pain, she cant walk and cant work. I have honestly never known anything like it. Horrendous service. If you have the choice, stay clear!!
