Considering you're paying $6.00 for an Old Skool roll or an average of $7.75 for a specialty roll, the quality of the product received is more than a little disappointing. The base cinnamon roll is hard and barely tastes of cinnamon. The frosting is a very bland goo that serves no real purpose to enhance the flavour. Any flavour you might get out of these desserts relies heavily on the mass of "specialty" toppings chosen, so you may as well just buy the toppings at a grocery store and enjoy them for a fraction of the price. The location itself is well-appointed and typically kept very clean and tidy.
Ordered the strawberry shortbread cinnamon roll. Lacked half the toppings for it and took a while to even make. Could of just said they didn't have it. Instead of sending it out half made.Food: 4/5
Considering it was a $2 cinnamon roll day, we went at the right time. There was no line up, just walk up. The staff was super nice. The cinnamon rolls were fresh out of the oven with mouth watering sweet gooy goodness. Definitely a place to cure a sweet toothFood: 5/5
Good cinnamon rolls but the service was unfortunately disappointing. The worker at the front did not greet me back and ignored me for a few minutes before asking her colleague to deal with me. Overall, if you’re vegan this might be worth a shot and maybe you’ll have better luck with service especially when you are paying $8 a bun.
These Vegan Desserts are so delicious! Everything from the Cinnamon Rolls to the cookies, and brownies are mouthwatering . As well as a great selection of drinks. Gooey, Warm, Freshly Baked and Great Customer service What I ordered: Old School Cinnamon Rolls, Sparkle Berry Cinnamon Roll, Tropical Bliss Cinnamon Roll, Customized x2 of my own Rolls, Brownies and Chocolate Cookies. Also, for the reviews complaining about the waiting times of 15-20 minutes, DUH they fresh freshhhh. If you want something quick and cheap, your local Walmart can help. I normally don't care for cinnamon buns really and this was one of the best desserts I have ever had!!! I'm very impressed it was incredible, I highly recommend. I can't wait to go back.
I ordered their cookie dough and chocolate chips bun which tasted alright however I was disappointed by the manner in which I was presented the item. For a $7.00 + tax pastry it should have been impeccably boxed and bagged but instead I got a box that was splattered with fingerprints, I think some kind of berry sauce had adhered to the fingers of the person packaging my cinnamon bun which interestingly did not have any berry sauce on it as I had chosen a chocolate cinnamon bun that had chocolate sauce not berry sauce. I asked that it be bagged and the employee bless her threw it in a paper bag and scrunched up the top of the bag as if it were going in the trash ... very unappealing. I was left rather astonished by the lack of polish and neatness. A messy and sloppy experience to say the least and not sure that the pastries here merit my return if there is no improvement on how things are presented.
Staff were pretty mechanical and just barely friendly. The food, however, was top-notch and decadently delicious! My only recommendation if you're ordering multiple buns and they're oven fresh, take the separate boxes. The heat made toppings melt into the toppings of other buns. I didn't mind, but other customers might.
We went here for the first time a few days ago and what a treat this place was. Not only is it Vegan, the options here are so plentiful. It may feel overwhelming but they do have some ideas out there if you aren't quite sure what to combine. Essentially, you start with a cinnamon bun, top it with something like icing, peanut butter and chocolate chips for instance. Or you can opt to go the fruit route if you want. So many possibilities. They also have cookie dough, which was absolutely loved by our son. Nice location. Very clean. Bathroom was clean as well which is a surprise nowadays. 5/5. Will definitely be back.
A delicious addition to the area. Freshly-baked cinnamon rolls with select toppings and combinations. We enjoyed the Cookie Monster and Caramel Apple Pie rolls as well as the chocolate chip cookies which had the perfect balance of sweet and salty. We'd love to see more cinnamon roll creations and cookie variations from Cinnaholic and are looking forward to our next visit.
