Seats are comfortable recliner style - having visited a number of other locations in the chain many are older flip up style. Great view of the screen with the rake of the seating sections, screen and sound all good too. Large clean toilet, comfortable meeting areas too. Staff are pleasant and polite. Only downside is a rather low key and relatively small main entrance before heading up to the staffed entry area
It was our first time watching 4DImax here, we watching new avatar. We loved the 4D effects but the noise of water spray takes over the audio of the movieimprovable, my boyfriend thought the seat movement was too much- i liked it. I also thought that there will be some fragnace but wasnt. Just the size of the screen was dissapointment, the screen eaither should be huge or the seats less, too many seats for such a small screen. Overall it was cost effective, much better than the price in London.
Highly recommend the 4D experience with a 3D film......felt like we were actually flying when watched Avatar 2. And great space with the seats.

Great experience! Only consideration if someone visiting a cinema for the first time in the UK, especially those from India like me, there is NO INTERVAL!!! For the 3+ hrs movie, we were waiting for interval to get something to eat. But did not happen. Otherwise great experience!!
4dx cinema! Best cinema experience In 30 years! Had to travel 2.5 hours but well worth the trip. Prices are reasonable, what you expect from a good cinema. Friendly staff excellent architecture & Design throughout
Always enjoy coming to this cinema. Good service and a very modern feel to it. Only problem is obviously the prices of food and drink, other than that would 100% recommend.
Went to this cinema and unfortunately the fire alarm went off and we all had to be evacuated. This was no problem however the staff seemed to be not present and there was no guidance as to where we had to go, it may seem obvious to get to the exit however it was our first time here and we felt lost. The fire alarm started while we were in the bathroom and we couldn’t hear it, we were only alerted when we left the bathroom as to what were happening. Once we were outside we were informed we must leave as there was no space for us to wait and the cinema would not be opening for approximately 1 hour. We also paid for drinks and snacks which we couldn’t eat and we were not offered any kind of condolences or reimbursement.
Superb cinema. My first time and we went to the IMAX screen. Very comfortable and reclining seats. Ample room. Large food and drink options available. Just a bit pricey for the experience
A nicely presented, clean and tidy place, but the ticket prices! Wow! It's a shame, as that really limits how often we can go here. Went to see Matilda here today and whilst it was loud enough it was as if the sound wasn't balanced very well as we couldn't really hear the dialogue. I found myself saying "I'll wait until it comes out on DVD and listen to that lyric again then", which defeats the object of going to the cinema in the first place really.
