CHYGWYNE FARM IS A SMALL CAMPSITE JUST 3 MILES SOUTH OF TRURO, WE HAVE HORSES, SHEEP AND CHICKENS WHICH LAY FAB EGGS!
WE ARE CLOSE TO BEACHES, HAVE GREAT WALKS NEAR BY, LOTS OF REALLY GOOD RESTAURANTS AND PUBS AND HAVE A BRILLIANT WATERSPORTS CENTRE A MILE AWAY WHERE YOU CAN HIRE A BOAT, KAYAK OR PADDLE BOARD.
WE ALSO HAVE A SECURE STORAGE YARD ON THE FARM TO STORE YOUR CARAVAN/MOTORHOME OR BOAT FROM £25.00 PER MONTH.
BOTH THE NORTH AND SOUTH COASTS ARE A 20 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY MAKING US A GOOD CENTRAL BASE FOR EXPLORING CORNWALL.

A very well laid out and excellently maintained site. Hard standings are level and electricity and water is laid onto each.

Professional and secure storage. Convenient to access having been a resident in Truro this was so easy compared with other parts of the town. Friendly and helpful too. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Superb. Beautiful well kept site run by a friendly but non intrusive family. Clean and COVID safe. Very quiet and located centrally to go and explore Cornwall. We will definitely use this as a base for future trips.

We so love this place, large pitches, ehu, water, and peaceful surroundings, very close to lots of places to travel to coast, Carla is such a lovely soul who runs the site, works very hard to keep everything spick and span, also following covid rules and regs. Look forward to next visit next year!

I would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately after an initial conversation and leaving two voicemails no-one got back to me so I had to find somewhere else. Not impressed.

Great site. Centrally located for touring Cornwall. Would use it more if we could bring the grandchildren....

Great site close to bus stops , friendly owner made us feel welcome, clean level site  and Carla the owner made us banana cakes, not forgetting Brian and Colin the alpacas, we had a great stay and will certainly be back. Pete and Gwen

For my money this is one of the best CL SITES we have ever been on and we have been on hundreds over the past 30 years, ,,the owners Carla and Tony are really friendly and helpful, they have just upgraded the site by putting hard standing in , we have been there for the past three years, and next time we're in Cornwall we'll be going back, ,
