Good Primark nicely laid out but it’s so hard to focus on shopping when the staff are so loud. It’s nice to see staff enjoying working but the girl with black hair and glasses I think forgets she’s at work! You can hear her across the store and it’s so off putting. Hopefully she chills out a bit so people can calmly browse.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Primark Truro when being served by Dean. What should have been a simple exchange took nearly 30 minutes to complete, which was frustrating enough on its own. However, what made the situation worse was Dean’s attitude throughout the interaction.nnHe was rude, dismissive, and spoke to us with very little respect. My partner and I both work in hospitality and retail, so we understand that dealing with customers can be challenging at times, but we would never speak to customers the way we were spoken to during this experience. Professionalism and basic courtesy cost nothing, and unfortunately neither was shown to us.nnThe whole experience left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I would expect a much higher standard of customer service from Primark
Unfortunately the air con was broken so the store was very hot and stuffy. Lots of choice of clothing and got what we needed and proceeded to a very long check out queue. Staff were patient, friendly and efficient
We have a disabled young teen, who goes through clothing a lot. So thankfully for low prices on t-shirts. We buy a lot!nSame for jersey shorts & joggers, for personal needs etc.
Love this store you have the best bargains £4 no more, that is the best thing for a mum, kids cost the earth but you have the answers for a mum like me xx
