Roseland Furniture

I'd never heard of Roseland Furniture until last week but I'm so glad that I did. I ordered 4 pieces of Roseland Oak and they were delivered a week later. Any time I contacted Customer Services they were very helpful. All 4 pieces were extremely well packaged, no one could do better. I'm blown away by the quality of the furniture, its truly excellent, an absolute bargain. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and ordering from them again.

The furniture is good value and we are pleased with it, it looks great. However, delivery is a huge problem and communication is poor (zero) so the rating balances this out. I would give zero or 1 star for customer service. I could not get through on the phone and emails takes days to be responded to. The furniture was delivered in two deliveries. I also had two items delivered with damage. One item had a damaged back board on a cupboard, that is largely invisible, so no problem. The other was the table top on a nest of tables, this was replaced. There was no communication about when the items would be delivered by XDP the delivery company and so I was out when the second delivery arrived. I was surprised to find it outside when I arrived home and a large heavy cupboard was on its side - luckily there was no damage to this furniture as a result. They left it blocking my front door and I had to ask neighbours to help me bring it in! I would suggest an investment in customer services and a change of delivery company.

We ordered several items from the London Oak range. We are very pleased with the quality of the items, which look much more expensive than they actually were. We were kept well informed by email and phone calls on the progress of our orders, as some items were not in stock and they needed to arrange separate delivery for the in stock items. All calls to Customer Services were answered immediately and we received responses to our emails within 24 hours. Part of our order was for two wardrobes. The finish on one of them was not great but their customer service was excellent and we were offered a discount or replacement. We chose a replacement, which arrived slightly damaged. Again, this was cheerfully sorted by customer service and a replacement was sent. The delivery team were friendly and courteous on all occasions and arrived within the defined delivery times. We are so pleased with our furniture that we are planning to order more for other rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Roseland Furniture.

Purchased lounge furniture great quality and service. Delivery was within 4 days of ordering, with lots of informative emails regarding dispatch. Came already built, which was a huge bonus! Will be ordering more from them again soon.

Excellent Customer Service After finding Roseland Furniture on line when looking for some painted furniture we ordered small cabinet and coffee table at a very competitive price. Coffee table arrived promptly cabinet delayed but when contacted another was sent straight away. Many Thanks. Would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase furniture for home.
