A group of us, family and friends, went to have a couple of drinks and to play boardgames. We had a fantastic time, it is lovely and cozy with a warm atmosphere. There is an event space downstairs and there was a wedding reception on the evening we visited, but it did not at all interfere with our evening. This pub has a few of out of the way areas that provide cosy privacy for groups to enjoy. You can book these in advance or chance your luck. There is frequent live entertainment that I have been told is really good. We only visited the tavern side and did not venture into the restaurant area or order any food, so I dare not comment on that. Would recommend the Churchill Tavern.
Three of us went along for the pub quiz last night and had a fantastic time. Highly recommend this pub for their weekly quiz nights. Good range of regularly changing cask ales to satisfy the real ale drinkers.Service: 5/5
The wife and I are in the process of buying a spot in Ramsgate so very chuffed to find this gem of a pub. Very nice inside. Local artists on the wall and pleasant atmosphere. Sun streaming through the big corner room windows probably didn't hurt. White bait portion size immense but the actual fishies probably a tad too big freaked the Mrs out a bit. Sunday lamb roast bang on. Lots of tasty veg. Crucially not overcooked. Lamb yum with good gravy portion. Defos go back.

Great pub, good prices, pool table 50p a game, dart boards and spacious.
Went for Sunday Lunch and had a nice Roast Beef, with an impressive amount of vegetables. One course is £12.95 which was good value for money. Will be back.Food: 4/5
Had a fantastic Sunday roast here and the chocolate brownie sundae was delicious.
Great views from the front room overlooking the English channel, and for the ship spotters the working part of Ramsgate harbour. Not a great selection of vegetarian and no vegan, which was a bit disappointing. However can't fault my veggie burger.
