Great place! Cozy, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful people. The location is also very good, only a 5 minute walk to lots of eating places and stores.

Absolutely awful customer service! Do not trust booking here! It's very dodgy, threw a guest out whilst checking in because she wanted to clarify the price. Used offensive language regarding guests nationality!

I did not get to stay because I could not get any response to my emails from the hotel. When my wife telephoned she was met with rudeness. I telephoned and immediately experienced gratuitous rudeness that put Basil Fawlty in the shade. The booking agency was good and I therefore expected the hotel to be the same. There was, however, no fuss over my cancelling my reservation. To post this review I have had to fill in all the respnses so ignore the poor/fair answers. Lawrence Trender.
