From the moment I arrived until the morning I left the staff, including the owner Esther couldn't have been any more helpful. The room was light, clean and tastefully furnished and I was asked to make myself at home. I will definitely be visiting again. Not to mention it's fantastic commuting location.

Hi everybody. I´ve been there for eight days and my single room was brilliant. Esther was so kind and his lovely family who works there did a good job. The house is pretty comfortable and the facilites are really good. Definitely I will recomend it. Just 10 min. walking to the tuba station and the main road, restaurants, and so on.

We used for accommodation for our staff whilst working locally. a very pleasant stay was reported. Will be booking again.

What can I say, single room booked by my company. When I got there I was asked if I would share with a total stranger and she would give me a tenner? I don't think so! Full of crack heads and dodgy types never again avoid like the plague! Four star my arse -4 more like it

a beautiful house in a lovely area. i've been in this B&b for almost 1year for learning english and i've never had any problem. I can guarantee that is one of the cleanest places that I 've ever seen in London With a competent stuf of cleaners and assitants. my room was cleaned every day , i could use wi fii and other services available such as iron, laundry,.. and often i could have a delicious homemade breakfast. the owner is a woman who deals only with business she has nothing to do with cleaning or cooking but she has always been helpful with me. i strongly reccomend it for the place and for the location which is very close ( just 10 minutes walk ) to Edgware station. I will come back for sure !
