I phoned twice to make an enquiry on both occasions the man was extremley short and very rude. He was too busy everyday to have anyone view the kennels and hung up on me. I will not be using these kennels ever.

Having rang up to enquire the cost of boarding my lab for one evening I was told that they only do a minimum stay of 2 night for £27 - I only needed one night so declined as it would be an expensive stay for one evening - the chap was very rude saying that he had bought a set of tyres for his car that day which cost £100 and if he charged me for any less looking after my dog he wouldn't have a business - point taken but not very customer friendly attitude is it? - I will find someone who looks further than the end of their nose as further business could have been gained from this 'one night' stay!
