I made an order more than 3 weeks ago, I first contacted them the order delivery they, told me that it is out for delivery.nBut it never came to my house, after waiting almost 3 weeks I contacted the store again, the lady was upset, rude with me, and almost closed the phone on me.nnFrom an order of £200, just arrived one shampoo. I asked why I only get a bottle of shampoo?nshe rudely told because they didn't have it in stock before.nI will not buy any more it is a 3 time that I had problem receiving the delivery.nnSo, I will understand if they at least were polite, but with that rudeness to speak with customers, I am very disappointed.nNever buy again.nnThey are wrong because it says delivery in 2 to 5 days! It is almost 3 weeks and I do not have right to complain?nHow rude the person they have as customer service! Never again.nstill I don’t know when they will deliver my order.nThe lady told that my order went back, it is not possible because the time she told me they try to deliver is the time I am always at home.nThey are Not saying true. She was very rude. The best thing is to take my money back! Very Rude lady.

Just awful, I placed an order on Sunday, about 200 pound worth for having the free next day delivery and Wednesday 3 days later the parcel haven't been delivered yet, second time that happens in few months, always bought a lot of tools from them,I never use them again.nAwful
I tried to register to my account more than once, but I am facing a problem logging in. I wait for the code to be sent to me, but nothing was sent. I contacted them, but their response was very bad from the employee, as if she wanted to hang up the phone as soon as possible.
Have been going here for years. They always have the most up to date brands and products to offer and always well stocked up. Great staff and friendly atmosphere
