Very typical hire place, all vans seemed pretty tidy, widely varying ages and customer related damages. Staff were all very friendly, however I couldn't see any real customer parking incase you wanted to leave a car and swap for a van for the day, though I don't suppose it's a frequent problem.

Awful. Tyre blew on the motorway.  Called the provided service number to find they had no breakdown cover.  No-one in the office to assist until 8 am.  On calling in the morning, they had no explanation and could offer no assistance.  I had to use my own personal AA cover. Avoid.

New van hired, easy to do. Cheaper than most around here too. Excess is £750 though...
