Ate out here for the first time. The service was excellent and the staff really friendly. The food was lovely. We were given and duly wore our Sombreros as we entered being told it was the law to do so. Really enjoyed our meal.

Food was amazing, and sooo much of it!! Couldn't fit a dessert in, but had one boxed up to take home so I wouldn't miss out. Best milkshake I've ever had - salted caramel popcorn. Very spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated with a Mexican theme throughout. We booked in advance, but didn't need to (Tuesday night). Will definitely go back. There's an app you can download which will give you a discount on your meal (correct at time of writing). Certainly worth a visit if you like spicy food, but something for everyone on the menu.

Booked a table for 18:15 as it was my partners 28th birthday, after sitting at our table for 30minutes we had not been seen to by any member of staff and to make it worse, the table who arrived 15 minutes later than ourselves we're attended to! We had to go and ask a member of staff to take our order! In the end after waiting for 2 hours and still not receiving our meal we left as our child was getting restless and would have disturbed other restaurant goers. The gentleman who dealt with us at the end was very nice, but after being ignored by all other members of staff for the night it was too little too late.

Use Chiquitos around the country, love the food, ambiance, style BUT what has gone wrong here in Truro? Only 1 server on duty who pours drinks too. Slow to take orders, slow service. Come on big chains give Cornwall the same customer care as the rest of the country. Need to improve before i come back.

Great food amazing waiting staff. You can pay by app too just don't forget to ask your table number. If you have a voucher pass to your waiting staff who will apply it to your table.
