We use this Chinese often and the food is of good quality but customer service seriously needs improvement so so rude over the phone!!!!!!! And just found out they write my card details down and not put them in when i gave them

Le roux custard Le review Eastern Dragon. Truro . A city that was tempting with the idea of becoming European city of culture.  Eastern Dragon is a chineese  not european so you will be disappointed . The good news is they show rolling news and once I saw they were showing the one show . There's chairs to sit on but it's lacking tables and no cutlery . As it's a take away.  When you enter you are greated with an authinic Chinese lady who is miserable, But so would I be if I had to watch the one show evry day. She is not verry help full but dose process orders well . The food . Is nice and well priced . My fave is meal deal for one ( such will just about service one if you fancy a light dinner ) or chicken and sping onion .

This place once had decent staff and food. Wrong orders , poor customer service and terrible response to any query means it has lost it's way.

Food is usually very good, can take a while to get to you if you use the delivery service. Did once order deep fried crispy beef, that didn't have any beef in it! The person that takes the orders can be abrupt, but it doesn't affect the food, if we can't order from here we go for curry instead, no other Chinese will do!!
